Sales Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 30.09.2026

1. General Provisions

These terms apply to every product and service sold through SDShop. By ordering, paying, or accepting delivery, the customer confirms that they reviewed the product description, usage rules, warranty, delivery method, and any product-specific conditions.

Product-specific conditions apply in addition to these general terms and take precedence where they differ.

2. Reading Product Descriptions

Before purchase, the customer must review all product details, especially duration, credit or token amount, account type, activation method, account and payment requirements, VPN or regional requirements, device limits, warranty, code expiry, and delivery conditions.

Not reading or noticing a clearly stated condition does not remove that condition.

3. Delivery of Digital Products

Products may include digital accounts, activation or coupon codes, API access, subscriptions, and similar digital goods. Delivery may be automatic or manual. Manual delivery times can vary due to supply, stock, checks, platform issues, or technical conditions.

For delayed delivery, contact support with the order number.

4. Account Products

Account products are delivered in the format stated in their description. Customers must keep credentials private and change passwords or security details only when permitted.

Unauthorized changes, incorrect logins, incorrect activation, or use contrary to the product rules may void the warranty.

5. Codes, Coupons, and Activation Products

Customers must check a code’s platform, country, activation method, expiry, and any payment-card, VPN, or new-account requirement before purchase.

Expired, incorrectly redeemed, or successfully activated codes may not qualify for replacement unless the product description states otherwise.

6. API, Credit, and Token Products

The amount and validity shown in the product description apply. Time begins from the stated activation point and is not extended when the customer delays activation. Estimated usage may vary according to the provider.

API credentials must not be shared. Loss caused by sharing, incorrect configuration, or improper use may be outside warranty.

7. Warranty Conditions

Warranty scope and duration are stated in each product description. Full-term, login, and activation warranties may cover different issues. Claims must include the order number and enough evidence to diagnose the issue.

When a covered technical issue is confirmed, SDShop may provide replacement, redelivery, or another suitable solution depending on the product and supply conditions.

8. Situations That May Be Outside Warranty

Depending on the product-specific conditions, warranty may not cover:

  • Activation on the wrong account, platform, country, or by the wrong method
  • Missing an activation deadline or other stated requirement
  • Sharing credentials, losing access, or changing restricted account details
  • Exceeding device or usage limits, repeated incorrect logins, or misuse
  • Third-party applications, customer devices, expired warranty, or use contrary to the product terms

9. Refunds and Replacements

Refund and replacement eligibility depends on whether the digital product has been delivered, used, activated, or consumed. Delivered and used digital goods may not be refundable unless they are defective or materially differ from the agreed description.

Customers should contact support before continuing to use a product they believe is defective. Order, delivery, activation, warranty, and technical evidence may be reviewed.

10. Payments

Available payment methods may change. Delivery may be withheld until payment is approved, and payment-provider delays can delay confirmation.

Do not pay the same order more than once. If payment is completed but the order does not update, contact support with the order or payment details.

11. Incorrect Orders

Before ordering, customers must verify the product, package, duration, credit or token amount, and other attributes. A change may be considered before delivery; after delivery, activation, or use, a mistaken selection may not be refundable or replaceable.

The customer is responsible for problems caused by incorrect information entered during checkout.

12. Checking Delivered Products

Customers should check delivered information promptly. Suspected problems must be reported before continued use or customer-made changes, as such actions can affect warranty review.

13. Third-Party Platform Issues

Some products depend on third-party platforms. Changes to their terms, account policies, regional restrictions, maintenance, or service availability are outside SDShop’s direct control. Cases are reviewed under the applicable warranty and supply conditions.

14. Account Security

Customers must store delivered credentials securely and must not share them. Where permitted, adding personal security measures is recommended.

Problems caused by sharing an account or compromising its security may be outside warranty.

15. Misuse and Abuse

SDShop services must not be abused. Fraudulent claims, false information, repeated unjustified replacement requests, payment abuse, or attempts to exploit the system may be investigated and temporarily suspended.

SDShop may limit or reject future orders associated with confirmed abuse.

16. Support Requests

Support requests should include the order number and a clear description. Error messages, screenshots, or other evidence may be requested. Duplicate requests can delay resolution.

17. Price and Stock Changes

Prices and stock may change at any time. Earlier prices shown in a bot, product list, or another sales channel may no longer be current.

The live price displayed at checkout applies. Out-of-stock products may return when resupplied.

18. Product Supply

Products may come from different suppliers. Supply changes can temporarily remove a product from sale, and prior availability does not guarantee continuous stock. When supply fails or conditions change, SDShop will assess an appropriate order-specific solution.

19. Customer Responsibilities

  • Read the product description before purchase
  • Confirm suitability and meet activation, payment, account, regional, and device requirements
  • Keep delivered information and the order number secure
  • Follow usage conditions and warranty deadlines
  • Contact support promptly when a problem occurs

20. SDShop Responsibilities

SDShop aims to deliver orders according to the product description, provide support within the stated warranty, review product problems fairly, and apply a suitable solution based on the product, warranty, and supply situation.

21. Replacement and Resolution Methods

When a covered problem is confirmed, the appropriate solution may include product replacement, new account or access details, code replacement, redelivery, technical support, or—when suitable—a refund or another remedy.

22. Transaction Records

System records for orders, payments, delivery, and support may be used to review transaction history and resolve disputes together with product descriptions and applicable law.

23. Updates to These Terms

SDShop may update these terms when necessary. Updated terms apply from their publication date. Customers should review the current terms and product description before purchasing.

24. Final Provisions

By ordering through SDShop, the customer confirms that they reviewed the product description and applicable sales terms. Product-specific terms prevail where they differ from these general terms.

These terms describe the parties’ rights and responsibilities for digital-product sales. Transaction records, product details, order information, and applicable law may be considered in a dispute.
